What can I use for free?
GAD-7 check-ins, mood entries, worry records and reflections are free, with unlimited check-ins. Level 1 of Calm Journey is free too.
What does Balmi Premium include?
Premium includes the tracking history and dashboard, Calm Journey levels 2–10, and milestone reports. See current subscription options and purchase details in the app.
What does the GAD-7 check-in tell me?
GAD-7 is a seven-question screening questionnaire about anxiety symptoms over the past two weeks. Your score helps you keep a consistent record of how you feel; it does not provide a diagnosis.
Can Balmi remind me to revisit a worry?
Yes. Add a follow-up reminder to a worry and allow notifications on your iPhone. You can return to the worry and record how it turned out.
Do I need an account?
No. You can open Balmi and start your first anxiety check-in without creating an account.
Which languages does Balmi support?
Balmi is available in English, French, Japanese, Turkish, Korean, German, Portuguese, Spanish, Arabic and Simplified Chinese. You can change the app language in Settings.
